On behalf of Halstead Property, we are honored to present the Fall/Winter 2008 issue of our award-winning publication, The Portfolio. Identifying opportunities for strategic growth, Halstead Property continues to expand in the marketplace. We recently announced plans for a new Brooklyn storefront office located on the historical ‘Antique Row’ in Boerum Hill. This Atlantic Avenue office will be the third Brooklyn office for Halstead Property, joining our two existing storefront offices at Court and Montague Streets. After renovations, we anticipate that our third office will be open for business by the end of this year. In addition, we are opening an office in Hoboken, New Jersey later this Fall. Located in a prime storefront location on Hudson Street, the new Halstead office is ideally situated close to the PATH entrance. The location is representative of Halstead’s ongoing commitment to storefront offices located in high-trafficked areas. And, we are proud to announce that Eugene Cordano, a Halstead agent for more than ten years, has been promoted to Director of Sales, Metro New Jersey and he will be responsible for the strategic growth and planning of this new office.
